Kitty Star of the Week for January 2 - 8, 2005
Our submitter writes,
"This is a picture of my dear little girl kitty, Miss Boo. She is 10
months old. She is a mixed breed. My husband and I are thinking she
might have some Maine Coon in her, because she's got a very puffy
tail with medium length
hair. Her adopted brother, Briggs, was kitty of the week March 9-15,
2003; he is now 3 years old. They get along very well, although it
was a rough start, Briggsy being the only kitty for so long -- then
along comes Miss Boo.
"She loves to play chase and she is a big cuddle bug! She purrs like
crazy, at the slightest touch you'll hear her motor running! She
likes to be carried in my arms, be on my lap or on my heels at all
times! She came from
the 2nd litter that my mother-in-law's cat, Tiger, had. Tiger had 3
litters, almost all girl kitties too, 12 kittens in all from all 3
litters. Tiger has since retired: I took her and got her spayed.
Miss Boo is spayed as well. Have to help control the pet population!
Miss Boo lives with my husband and I, Briggs too, in Pennsylvania.
We just bought a house a little over a year ago and that's why we
decided to get a playmate for Briggs and who better than Miss Boo!
