Kitty Star of the Week for December 18 - 24, 2005

Our star this week is Snarf, "the bipolar, mutant seven-toed, devil kitty" !! Snarf lives with the son and daughter-in-law of our submitter, who writes:

"Snarf is a true character. He will be playing with you and rubbing up against you one minute, then suddenly, without warning he'll turn into a devil kitty and swat you! He needs medication. In the summer he would come across the street because they lived right across the street from us. Snarf would go to the front window screen, which would be open in the summertime, and I would call out to all my kitties, "Snarf is here. Come and see Snarf"! All my cats would run like crazy to the front window to see Snarf, especially Baby [who was featured September 18, 2005]. I think Baby and Snarf had a thing going. He would hiss and pound the screen really hard and show all his teeth and Baby would exchange the same greetings! It was very funny.

"The reason I kid and call him a mutant kitty was because of his seven toes. I just love Snarf to pieces even though he is like a Jekyll and Hyde cat. To this day if I call out the name Snarf, all the cats coming running looking around like, "Where's he at, where's he at?"
