Kitty Star of the Week for May 26 - June 1, 2002.
Here is Scratch. He doesn't always look that mean.
Maybe he didn't want to get is picture taken.
He was found
under a house and was the only kitten left. His kitty-mom got
all the other kittnes but didn't have time to come back and
get him. Scratch will be a 1 year old in a couple of mouths.
Scratch is a very nice looking cat and he knows.
His favorite thing to do is look at himself in the mirror.
He also loves playing with wrappers... Plastic anything, really.
It's probably the noise it makes.
Although Scratch belongs to the submitter's sister, the girl who
submitted his picture and story writes,
"For some reason Scratch thinks I'm his mother. He loves cuddling
with me in the chair. And he follows me every where I go...
Everytime I turn around there he is.
Scratch is a great cat. His name fits him a
little too well, though. He better watch himself because my Mom is
kind of getting tired of him scratching her couch. This cat thinks
he is supposed to have 2 legs instead of 4. He wants to eat at the
table."
