Kitty Star of the Week for Sep. 25 - Oct. 1, 2005
Gracie is our star this week and her person mom writes,
"This is Gracie, the baby of our cat family. She was a bottle fed runt of the litter
kitten when my daughter brought her home to me and wanted me to keep her. I said 'no'
because we already had 8 cats of assorted ages from one year to 22 years old. So, my
daughter asked me to 'babysit' Gracie for her for a few days until she found her a home.
Well, after a couple of days, there was no way in the world I would have given up sweet
Gracie to anyone! She is now a year old and a happy, healthy member of our cat family --
spayed, of course. Gracie is actually a rather small cat but she makes up for her lack
of size by an abundance of hair. She is loving and playful and sleeps in bed with me
along with 2 of my other cats. I can't imagine what I would do without my sweet Gracie!"
