Kitty Star of the Week for August 5 - 11, 2007.
We have 3 stars this week: Anubis, Loki, and Sammy. Sammy tells
their tale.
"Mommy adopted us all. First there was Anubis; Mommy got him when
she was in college and living on her own above a vet clinic
she worked at. He's the black one. Then Loki came along when a
marine friend went to Iraq; he's the orange one.
Anubis
"I'm Sammy -- mommy
found me at daddy's parent's farm. My kitty mom was young and didn't
know what do do with me and my brother died. When the humans scooped
me up I was scared and tried to climb into the dash of the car
they put me in because it looked dark and safe. They sprayed me with
this "pam" stuff to get me out because I was pretty stuck.
But since I'm a boy they named me Sammy, not Pam. Now I get to sit
in mommy's lap every day and eat good food and play with my brothers.
We even get to go outside on leashes sometimes! Life is good."
