Kitty Star of the Week for December 19 - 25, 1999.
Sugarfoot is a 12-year-old short-haired calico. She is a very dignified,
proper lady, who only goes outside -- for a minute or two -- when the
weather is fine. Her favorite treat is the "juice" from a can of chicken,
tuna, or salmon on a dish. She has to slurp quickly to get her fair share
before her big brother Buckwheat finishes it off. She likes to drink
leftover shower water in the morning, still a little warm.
Sugarfoot loves to be petted so much, she sometimes even lets 6-year-old
Carolyn drag her around. Her favorite napping spot is a nice patch of
sunshine on the kitchen floor. When not asleep, eating, or being petted,
she's usually found on the arm of the sofa, where she can be reasonably sure
she won't be sat upon.
