Kitty Star of the Week for March 18 - 24, 2001.
Here's Princess - sitting on her tail, getting ready to lick her
bellybutton. Princess was adopted from the shelter (she had been there for one
month!) Her person says, "I'm glad I found her (well, she adopted me!)
and took her home with me."
As you can see, Princess makes herself right at home.
She's allowed everywhere (after all, she is her person's roommate!)
except on the table or the kitchen counter. She knows the meaning
of Mousie, Pounce, Brush, Smooch, Kiss, and of course - KatFood.
Princess likes to help her person make the bed every morning, when
she's not chasing her "sister" kitty, Big Bad (huge) Baby Twinkle.
Princess also loves to "sing" to her human as she brings her toy
mousies. Many times, her human finds them placed neatly in some
shoes or slippers.
She and Baby are both kitty blood donors (on-call) at their local
animal hospital. They are heroes -- and have saved, or prolonged
several lives. In return, they get their annual exam and shots free.
